At Tuel Skincare, we want you to love your glow; if a product isn't the right fit for your skin, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and at least half-full to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original box or a sturdy mailer to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
