How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your skin. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Does Tuel Skincare test on animals?
Absolutely not. We are a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Are your products vegan?
